Hi there! I’m Gaby. And I’m many things!!! 🙂
First and foremost, I’m the proud Mum of two amazingly smart and cute boys. I’m also a teacher of English with an incredible passion for meaningful communication. I truly believe communication can save the day!
I was born and raised in Uruguay – Spanish being my first language. However, from a very young age, I had the chance to understand that the world is a big place, full of interesting people, cultures and opportunities. I love travelling and going on wee adventures! Who doesn’t, right? That was my motivation for learning English and becoming a teacher. Little did I know that I would end up living in an English-speaking country! Yes, I’m lucky enough to live in bonnie Scotland!
In my almost two decades of teaching, I have seen how learning a language can be the key to allowing my students to start a new job or get a promotion, travel abroad, learn a new skill, start relationships – and above all – feel more confident!
